Refund policy
At Ganga Paar Foods Enterprises, we take quality and hygiene seriously. Since our products are food items, we can only accept returns in specific cases listed below.
1) Return Window
You have 2 days (48 hours) from the time your order is marked Delivered to raise a return/refund request. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
2) Eligibility (When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted)
Returns/Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- Damaged product received (jar/bottle broken, leakage, or severe damage in transit).
- Wrong product delivered (different item than ordered).
- Tamper seal found broken at the time of delivery (before use).
- Expired product delivered (expiry date already passed at the time of delivery).
- Missing item (item missing from the parcel compared to invoice).
3) What We Need From You (Mandatory Proof)
To keep the process fair and fast, we require proof for any return/refund request:

Complete unboxing video from start to finish (no cuts/edits), showing:
- the shipping label clearly,
- the sealed package,
- opening the package,
- the product(s) and condition clearly.
- Photos of the product, outer box, and shipping label (especially for damage/leakage).
- Order number and the email/phone used for the order.
Note: Without a complete unboxing video, we may not be able to verify claims of damage/missing items and the request may be rejected.
4) Conditions for Return Pickup
If your request is approved:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (including outer box, if any).
- Return pickup (if available) will be arranged from the same delivery address.
5) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns/refunds in these cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or consumed.
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests without mandatory proof (complete unboxing video + required images).
- Sale/discounted items or products purchased during special campaigns (unless the item is damaged, wrong, or delivered with a broken seal).
- Minor packaging dents/outer-box wear that does not affect product safety (common in transit).
- Taste preferences (e.g., “I didn’t like the taste”) — since food items are subjective and cannot be returned once opened.
6) Replacements (If You Prefer Exchange)
If eligible, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability). Once return pickup is completed and/or the returned item reaches us (as applicable), replacements are usually shipped within 3–5 working days.
7) Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch/shipping. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We also reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in cases such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing/information, incomplete address, delivery limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity. If cancelled after payment, a refund will be initiated.
8) Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed after verification. In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for inspection.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
9) COD / Partial Payments Note
If you use partial COD or partial prepaid options, the non-refundable components (if any) such as certain handling fees or gateway charges may not be refundable. Any such exceptions (if applicable) will be communicated during approval.
